Online – Weekly teaching released Friday 5:00pm (AEST/AEDT) with x5 Live Classes TBC
We have a dedicated platform for the Online School where all your teaching will be available for you to view when convenient. Each Friday @ 5pm (AEST/AEDT), new teaching will be released.
There will also be 5 live calls for you to practice, engage and discuss the content further.
As with all schools, there will be the 12 week Devotional, which you will need to complete and submit weekly beginning Week 1.
Yes, we are planning on the majority of classes being face-to-face. However, due to the climate we live in, live Zoom classes will be utilised in unforeseen circumstances. This ensures we maintain a smooth and overall positive experience for all students. Please note that Encounter Weekend is online via Zoom.
Yes! Gary will be at Brisbane, Canberra and Perth Hubs approximately 4 times throughout the course.
Gary and/or Sarah will be teaching live for the majority of the sessions in Melbourne.
Encounter weekend will be held on Sat 23rd March, 10:00am – 4:30pm (AEST) via Zoom. We will spend the day unpacking deeper content related to our heart journey with the Father.
Encounter weekend is one of our core requirements and hence attendance is expected.
Hubs – the majority of the time commitment is class time. Also, Encounter weekend will be live online via zoom for one Saturday. Check the Calendar for the date.
Online – Allow about 1-2 hours per week for teaching. There will also be 4-5 live calls for approximately 1 hour across the 14 weeks.
Additionally, there is a 12-week devotional for ALL schools, which we estimate you will spend an extra 1.5hours per week. However, do note that what you put in is what you will get out. We encourage you to spend as much time with the Lord as you can each day.
Although SOP is not affiliated with a specific church, SOP is an extension of Gary & Sarah’s heart to equip the body of Christ across denominations and church expressions. SOP’s value for the local church reflects that of Gary and Sarah; as they model and believe that it is essential to be a part of the local community, in real accountable and connected relationships.
No, the school is not an accredited course.
Yes, you need to be 18 years of age. Unless attending with a participating guardian or parent.
